Senior Executive - Management Traninee

Key responsibilities • Conceptualize visual directions based on the communication objective, target audience, channel and required business outcome. • Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, proposals, reports, templates and executive-ready communication materials. • Create multiple design collaterals such as one-pagers, infographics, posters, banners, social tiles, email creatives, process visuals and product-support assets. • Convert complex or text-heavy content into structured storylines, visual hierarchies, diagrams and concise, easy-to-understand layouts. • Edit internal and external-facing product demo videos with a marketing flavor, including sequencing, transitions, captions, basic motion graphics, audio balancing and brand treatment. • Partner with business, technology, sales, marketing and leadership stakeholders to understand briefs, clarify expectations and recommend suitable creative approaches. • Maintain brand consistency across typography, colors, imagery, iconography, templates and document formatting. • Manage several assignments simultaneously, prioritize work against deadlines, track versions and communicate risks or dependencies early. • Perform quality checks for spelling, alignment, image quality, accessibility, file size, formatting consistency and final-output readiness. • Maintain reusable templates, visual libraries, source files and organized project folders for efficient future use. 

Core technical skills • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, preferably Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects. • Hands-on knowledge of video editing, basic animation, audio cleanup, subtitles/captions and export settings for different channels. • Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, color, imagery, information design and presentation storytelling. • Ability to work with brand guidelines, templates, master slides, styles, grids and reusable design systems. • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, stock-asset libraries or AI-assisted creative tools will be an advantage.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in programming concepts, data structures, and problem‑solving. Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies, exposure to Azure cloud services, and familiarity with Agile methodologies are preferred. Good communication skills, analytical thinking, willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams are essential.
