Senior Fundraising Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive professional to drive fundraising and build partnerships with corporates, foundations, and institutional stakeholders to support education and social impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities across CSR, grants, and institutional funding.
• Build relationships with corporates, foundations, and other potential funding partners.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective and existing partners.
• Identify and respond to relevant funding opportunities and government tenders.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
• Manage partner relationships and ensure timely reporting and communication.
• Represent the organisation at relevant meetings, events, and conferences.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development, or institutional funding.
• Proven track record of independently raising ₹2 crore or more annually.
• Strong communication, proposal-writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, target-oriented approach to work.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Interest in education and social impact.
