• Live Operations Strategy - Enable the successful execution of comprehensive live-ops strategy, including in-game events, to maximize player engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across various platforms to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data sanity checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
• Research and Insights: Perform in-depth research and data scraping to gather critical insights that support live operations and product development.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Support QA and development teams to align data efforts with broader project goals, ensuring a cohesive strategy across departments.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document gameplay features, updates, and processes in formats like Game Design Documents (GDD) or Product Requirement Documents (PRD).

• Graduation in Game Design or any related field.
• 4+ years of experience in live operations, data management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of live-ops tools, systems, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, including the use of custom scripts and data validation techniques.
• Experience with data scraping tools and data analysis methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
