This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Graphic Design Manager based in India.

This is a senior creative leadership role focused on shaping and elevating brand and marketing design within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
You will be responsible for defining and executing high-impact visual communication across web, digital marketing, and brand storytelling initiatives.
The role blends hands-on design execution with strategic ownership of design systems, creative direction, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with marketing, product, and web development teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling visual narratives.
A key focus will be maintaining brand consistency while continuously improving creative quality across all customer-facing touchpoints.
You will also contribute to campaign ideation, digital experiences, and interactive assets that support growth and engagement.
This role is ideal for a design leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and has experience scaling creative functions in SaaS businesses.

Accountabilities:

Lead the creation and execution of high-quality brand, marketing, and digital design assets across multiple channels.

Design and optimize web pages, landing pages, and interactive digital experiences that enhance user engagement and conversion.

Develop presentations, case studies, campaign creatives, infographics, ads, and other marketing collateral.

Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and web development teams to ensure cohesive visual communication.

Maintain and evolve brand identity systems to ensure consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.

Partner with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of web and UI designs.

Contribute to creative strategy, storytelling, and campaign ideation for marketing initiatives.

Support the development of interactive tools and digital experiences such as calculators, models, and engagement assets.

Stay current with design trends, motion graphics, and emerging creative technologies to continuously elevate output.

Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, or marketing design roles.

Proven experience working in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments.

Demonstrated experience building or scaling a design function within a startup for at least 2+ years.

Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital creatives, presentations, web design, and marketing assets.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.

Strong understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and communication design principles.

Experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets with a focus on performance and usability.

Familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects or Lottie is highly desirable.

Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar tools.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interactive Design, or a related field preferred.

Comfortable collaborating with US-based teams with required overlap during late evening IST hours (up to 2–3 AM when needed).
