Handle end -to -end recruitment for Residential Apartment and Facility Management positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
Recruit candidates for positions such as Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager, Helpdesk Executive, Housekeeping Staff, Security Personnel, Technicians, and other site -level roles.
Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate follow -up.
Coordinate offer roll -out, salary negotiations, and candidate joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
Coordinate with site teams and operations managers to understand hiring needs.
Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements
