Job Description - Senior HR Recruiter

HR Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities (Residential Apartments / FMS Industry)

  • Handle end -to -end recruitment for Residential Apartment and Facility Management positions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Recruit candidates for positions such as Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager, Helpdesk Executive, Housekeeping Staff, Security Personnel, Technicians, and other site -level roles.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate follow -up.
  • Coordinate offer roll -out, salary negotiations, and candidate joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
  • Coordinate with site teams and operations managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements
