Job Description - Senior Manager Client Solutions

As Senior Manager – Client Solutions, you’ll drive business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing strategic relationships, and positioning our tech -enabled offerings as the fastest, most integrated workplace solutions in the market. You’ll be a key contributor to lead generation, brand visibility, and sales closure—delivering measurable impact on organizational goals. You will be instrumental in contributing to the growth and success of this business line by not only playing the above roles but also contribute through your experience in working with the team to improve continuously and evolve the offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client & Market Strategy
  • Develop and execute client -focused approaches that drive revenue growth and long -term partnerships.
  • Lead client engagements to understand needs, preferences, and challenges related to speed, cost, quality, and workplace innovation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell tech -enabled services, including our AI tools.
  • Coordinate with sales and cross -functional teams to ensure timely, high -quality proposals and pitches.
• Business Development & Operations
  • Conduct market research to map stakeholders, competition, and industry trends to sharpen pursuit strategies.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline by monitoring leads, qualified deals, pitches, and closures.
  • Build relationships with PMCs, commercial real estate agents, landlords, client real estate teams, and other ecosystem partners to sustain top -of -funnel activity.
  • Contribute to the creation of high -impact proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Build and focus on new client acquisitions and also working with the team to ensure client retention.
• Collaboration & Culture:
  • Uphold and promote the collaborative and open communication culture that defines us and our values of Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across all our P&Ls to support sales processes,including lead qualification, strategy development, client outreach, pitch coordination, and guiding the sales process through to deal closure and signing.
  • Ensure that communication remains respectful and constructive, fostering a collaborative mindset among all teams.


Requirements

  • Proven Business Development Record in real estate, design & build, or workplace solutions—ideally for fast -paced, tech -driven organizations.
  • Strategic Thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity and articulate technology -enabled solutions.
  • Excellent Communication & Relationship Skills for building trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Customer -Centric Approach with deep understanding of workspace trends, hybrid models, and rapid -delivery environments.
  • Alignment with our values of Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.
