Your work profile

• Own the end-to-end Record to Report lifecycle, including:


• General Ledger


• Subledger Accounting


• Period Close & Financial Close Management


• Fixed Assets


• Intercompany Accounting


• Financial Reporting and Analytics


• Consolidation (Oracle FCCS / Hyperion)


• Lead Oracle RTR solution design aligned to accounting standards and business requirements


• Drive standardization, automation, and close acceleration initiatives


• Translate finance and accounting needs into Oracle ERP solutions

Key skills required

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on order management, supply chain, or related enterprise systems. Experience on MAO, Sterling OMS, BY OM, Fluent Commerce will be preferred.


• Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.


• Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.


• Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence).
