About the Role

Exotel is looking for a Senior Manager Growth marketing to own end-to-end campaign execution, marketing operations, and go-to-market delivery across our India, APAC, Africa, and Middle East markets. This is a builder-operator role: you'll run the engine that turns positioning and content into pipeline across email, website, and paid, while owning the martech stack and the operational rigor behind every GTM launch.

You'll work closely with the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing on strategy and prioritization, but you'll own execution, systems, and delivery outright. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who wants to build a function, not just run a channel.

What You'll Own

1. Campaigns (end to end)

• Own email, website, and paid media as one integrated system for campaigns


• Plan and execute always-on and campaign-specific email programs (nurture, ABM sequences, product/feature launches, event promotion)


• Plan and run paid media across search, and social — budget allocation, targeting, creative briefing, and performance optimization for Enterprise accounts.


• Build the reporting layer that ties campaign activity to funnel movement (MQL → SQL → pipeline), so campaign performance is never a black box

2. Marketing Operations 

• Own the martech stack: CRM/MAP hygiene, lead scoring and routing logic, integrations, and data flow between marketing and sales systems.


• Build and maintain the systems and SOPs that let campaigns scale without breaking (this includes the SDR SOP work already in motion)


• Own marketing data integrity: what's tracked, how it's defined, and who can trust the numbers

3. GTM Execution

• Translate GTM strategy into executable quarterly and monthly campaign plans


• Work with regional marketers to own launch mechanics for new products, features, and markets, from campaign calendar to cross-functional coordination (sales, CX, product marketing)


• Build repeatable GTM playbooks by segment (Enterprise ABM) so launches don't get reinvented each time

4. SEO 

• Own organic and AI search visibility as one function: traditional SEO alongside AEO/GEO (LLM citation performance).


• Extend the existing AI-citation query tracking framework into a scaled, always-on program with clear ownership of what's tracked and reported


• Drive the technical SEO- agenda site architecture, migration health, crawl/index issues.


• Own on-page and content SEO prioritization in partnership with content and product marketing


• Report organic and AI-search performance with the same rigor as paid: visibility, citation rate, and pipeline contribution, not just rankings

5. Performance Marketing 

• Own paid media budget allocation (upwards of $350K) across search and social for Enterprise,Mid market & SMB accounts.


• Tie spend directly to SQL/pipeline outcomes rather than MQLs or clicks.


• Build channel-level and blended CAC/efficiency benchmarks by segment and market.

What We're Looking For

• 6–10 years in B2B marketing, with direct ownership of demand gen, campaigns, or marketing operations (not just one channel)


• Proven experience owning a martech stack and the processes around it — not just using the tools, but being accountable for what they produce


• Comfortable with funnel math: MQL/SQL/SAL mechanics, attribution, and translating campaign activity into pipeline language sales and leadership trust


• Experience running paid media budgets and making channel allocation calls, not just executing a plan handed to you


• SaaS/B2B tech background preferred; CCaaS/CPaaS or adjacent categories a strong plus


• A systems-builder mindset — someone who leaves behind documentation and repeatable process, not just campaign output

This isn't a "run the channels" job. You're building the operating system for how Exotel goes to market, the systems, the playbooks, and the rigor that let campaigns and launches scale without every decision routing through one person.
