Job purpose:

We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator / Developer to own and optimize the NetSuite platform, ensuring it remains secure, reliable, and scalable to support evolving business needs. This role will partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to deliver system enhancements, integrations, automation, and long-term platform strategy while ensuring operational excellence and business alignment.

Core responsibilities:

• Own the administration, security, performance, and reliability of the NetSuite platform.


• Manage NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, configurations, and governance across subsidiaries and business units.


• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.


• Translate business requirements into well-designed NetSuite solutions and maintain documented customizations.


• Lead integrations between NetSuite and external applications such as Salesforce, Concur, banking platforms, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.


• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and Operations processes.


• Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, scripts, and integrations.


• Provide user support, training, and technical guidance while promoting knowledge sharing across teams.


• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to support platform enhancements and strategic initiatives.


• Other duties as assigned.

Required experience and skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development experience in complex, multi-entity environments.


• 5–7+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or enterprise IT solutions.


• Strong development experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.


• Experience integrating NetSuite with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, or direct integrations.


• Strong troubleshooting skills across scripts, workflows, integrations, and data issues.


• Experience in at least two functional areas: Financials, Order Management, Procurement, or Inventory.


• Good understanding of quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report business processes.


• Experience with Salesforce integrations, financial reporting, revenue recognition, multi-currency environments, or middleware tools (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft) is preferred.


• Knowledge of system architecture, data governance, and enterprise integration best practices.


• Experience supporting global or multi-subsidiary organizations is highly desirable.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
