Senior Officer, Quality Control Testing

Description:

1.            To perform sampling and analysis of water (Chemical and Microbiological testing) and record the relevant data

2.            To perform microbiological environmental monitoring of the clean area

3.            To perform Microbiological limit test/method suitability testing of Microbial Limit test

4.            Preparation of culture media and performance of quality testing of prepared media

5.            To perform all the activities as per the approved specification/STPs/SOPs

6.            To perform microbiological testing as per the approved Validation / Qualification protocol

7.            To report any OOS/OOC/OOT/OOAL results to the immediate supervisor /Head of the department

8.            To perform daily Verification /Calibration of the microbiology laboratory instrument

9.            To prepare and standardise volumetric solutions /reagents and maintain their records

10.         To perform all activities in compliance to cGMP / GLP and maintain cleanliness and hygienic conditions in the microbiology laboratory

11.         To perform sampling and analysis of Raw material (Chemical and microbiological testing) and record relevant data

12.         To perform the analysis of finished product, in-process and stability samples as per SOP/STP/specification/ protocol/pharmacopoeias requirement as applicable.

13.         Destruction of samples that are unused/left-over quantity after analysis as per the respective SOP.

Additional Responsibilities:

Education:

• B Sc (Micro)- Required
• M Sc (Micro) - Preferred

Experience:

• 2 years or more in 2 - 6 Years
