Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Enterprise Contracts reporting and analytics. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, Data Models, RTF Templates, Bursting, Scheduling, and report delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud BI Publisher reports for Procurement and Enterprise Contracts.


• Develop OTBI analyses, dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports covering supplier performance, spend, procurement compliance, requisitions, POs, and contracts.


• Write complex SQL queries for extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.


• Develop and maintain BI Publisher Data Models, RTF templates, bursting, scheduling, and report delivery.


• Build reports for requisitions, purchase orders, contract approvals, deliverables, renewals, and expirations.


• Work closely with Procurement, Sourcing, Legal, Contracts, and business stakeholders.


• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and production issues.


• Troubleshoot report performance, data discrepancies, and OTBI subject-area limitations.


• Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud security, RBAC, and data governance standards.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud


• Experience with Enterprise Contracts


• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion data structures and subject areas


• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud reporting in production


• Strong stakeholder-management and requirement-gathering skills

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.


• 5+ years of relevant Oracle Cloud technical/reporting experience.
