Experience: 7–10 Years
Certification: ISTQB (Automation/Performance related preferred) (Mandatory)
Location: Riyadh - KSA

Role Purpose

Design and execute performance testing strategies to ensure applications meet scalability, reliability, and responsiveness benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance test scripts.
• Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Monitor application performance using APM tools.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize performance.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and recommendations.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure performance testing best practices and standards are followed.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana).
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
• Basic scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or similar).
