This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Fleet Management based in India.
This role is focused on defining and shaping the product experience for fleet management solutions used by thousands of operators, dispatchers, and drivers across diverse industries.
The position plays a critical role in translating complex operational challenges into simple, scalable, and data-driven digital workflows that improve safety, efficiency, and cost management.
It involves owning end-to-end product strategy, from roadmap definition to execution, in close collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.
The role operates at the intersection of physical operations and advanced technology, leveraging AI and large-scale data to build intelligent fleet management capabilities.
It requires strong analytical thinking, customer empathy, and the ability to align global stakeholders around a unified product vision.

Accountabilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap for key fleet management capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Translate customer pain points into intuitive web and mobile product experiences that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with data science teams to transform large-scale telemetry and sensor data into actionable AI-powered product features.
- Establish clear success metrics, run experiments, launch beta versions, and iterate based on user feedback and performance data.
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver cohesive product experiences across global markets.
- Engage directly with customers, including dispatchers, drivers, and operations teams, to gather insights and validate product decisions.
- Use data analysis and dashboards to drive product decisions and measure impact on safety, cost, and performance outcomes.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B product management with ownership of end-to-end product areas.
- Strong track record of delivering product features that improve operational efficiency, safety, cost, or system uptime.
- Ability to analyze data, work with dashboards, and use metrics to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders across regions.
- Experience working with logistics, fleet management, telematics, automotive systems, or industrial IoT is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams is highly desirable.
