Knowledge Centre India (KCI)

Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.

The CV Capture team plays a critical role in enriching and maintaining high-quality candidate records on database by leveraging trusted sources such as LinkedIn, Boardex, and CVs. Their core responsibility is to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and consistent, thereby supporting informed decision-making and delivering reliable talent insights. In addition to profiling executive candidates and validating key career data for global search mandates, the team upholds strict data privacy standards while handling sensitive information. They also contribute to broader firm initiatives, including language-specific tasks like document translation, managing the Qualification Check process, and supporting content creation such as Newsletters. Known for their attention to detail, adaptability, and strong stakeholder management, the team consistently delivers high-quality outputs within business timelines, enabling seamless collaboration across geographies and enhancing data-driven leadership advisory.

Shift Timing:General (9am to 6pm) or Evening (3pm to 12 midnight). Candidate should be flexible to adjust the shift timings as per business need.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Survey Managementwith hands-on experience in end‑to‑end survey lifecycle management, advanced survey logic, and analytics/reporting. The role involves designing and deploying surveys on global platforms, ensuring data quality and governance, and delivering impactful insights through dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Survey Design & Programming

• Design, program, test, and deploy complex online surveys using tools such as Qualtrics and similar platforms.
• Implement advanced logic including skip patterns, quotas, randomization, piping, multilingual surveys and creative sections.
• Perform end-to-end survey lifecycle activities: requirement analysis, scripting, QA testing, soft launch checks, deployment and closure.

Data Quality & Governance

• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance with internal standards and client governance requirements.
• Create and follow SOPs, quality checklists, and audit-ready documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and resolve defects within TAT.

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze survey data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reports using Excel or similar tools.
• Prepare executive-level reports, leadership decks, and consulting-style insights translating data into clear business narratives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, researchers, consulting teams, and global clients.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries, requirement clarifications, and delivery updates.
• Ensure timely delivery while balancing quality, accuracy, and stakeholder expectations.

•       Strong understanding of questionnaire structure, skip logic and masking.

•       Experience with Qualtrics is a must, including the ability to design and troubleshoot complex surveys.

•       Exposure to different off-the-shelf survey solutions (Google Forms, Survey Monkey, Surveyor, etc.)

•       Hands-on experience in designing online surveys

•       Technical and functional skills:

•       Must have:

o   Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, automation)

o   Powerpoint

•       Good to have:

o   Power BI (dashboards, DAX, executive reporting)

o   Tableau

o   SQL

•       Excellent writing and presentation skills

•       High attention to detail and data quality mindset

•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•       Ability to multi-task

•       Manage stakeholders independently

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
