Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Professional who can drive business growth across our B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently manage leads, partnerships, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development across B2B and B2C segments.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, NGOs, corporate partners, parents, and other stakeholders.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
  
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and programs.
  
• Track sales activities, leads, conversions, and client interactions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in EdTech Sales / Business Development.
  
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  
• Experience in consultative selling and relationship management.
  
• Experience working with schools, principals, educators, parents, or institutional clients is preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
  
• Strong business acumen with a growth-oriented mindset.
  
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
