Validate and maintain cron jobs, perform housekeeping and support basic shell scripts used in mediation workflows.
Use command-line tools for troubleshooting and data validation during incidents.
Change & Release Support
Support minor configuration changes, deployments and production updates; perform post-change validation and monitoring.
Follow change management processes, execute rollbacks when necessary, and ensure changes are documented and validated.

Maintain accurate incident tickets, shift handovers, runbooks and SOPs; enable effective knowledge transfer across shifts.
Participate in daily operational calls, governance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on production experience with HP‑IUM mediation or equivalent mediation platforms.
Experience with JR Add / Job Runner or similar batch scheduling/job orchestration tools.
Strong Unix/Linux operational knowledge, log analysis and basic shell scripting.
Familiarity with mediation data formats (CDRs/EDRs) and data validation techniques.
Prior experience in 24x7 NOC/operations/production support environments with strong incident handling skills.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and ability to perform under pressure during billing-critical timelines.
