Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Leadership & Behavioral Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact behavioral and leadership development programs that build the capabilities of individuals across various levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in behavioral and leadership concepts, engaging facilitation skills, and the ability to create immersive learning experiences that drive change and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

  • Facilitate engaging and interactive behavioral and leadership training programs across levels, including emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and team leads.
  • Adapt training style and methods to suit different audiences, learning preferences, and organizational needs.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and experiential sessions using case studies, role plays, and simulations.

Content Design & Development

  • Create customized learning content, training decks, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks.
  • Develop blended learning journeys that incorporate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job learning elements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to co-design learning interventions tailored to business contexts.

Learning Effectiveness & Feedback

  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve learning effectiveness.
  • Contribute to pre- and post-program assessments, reflection tools, and learning reinforcement plans.
  • Measure learning outcomes and behaviour change through post-session evaluations and pulse checks.

Program Coordination

  • Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, communication, and resource management.
  • Work with internal and external facilitators and vendors where needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in facilitating leadership and behavioral training programs.
  • Strong command of behavioral science, adult learning principles, and leadership development models.
  • Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-impact training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience with content creation 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in behavioral or psychometric tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI, 360° Feedback) is a plus.
  • Exposure to blended learning, coaching techniques, or instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience in corporate training environments or consulting firms.
