Senior UI Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer to own and define the visual identity and UI language for our app. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a cohesive, scalable, and delightful design system that elevates the user experience. You will work closely with product designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency, usability, and innovation in every UI element.

• Define & establish the visual direction and UI language for our app.
  
• Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  
• Craft high -fidelity UI designs that strike a balance between aesthetics and usability.
  
• Design micro -interactions and animations to enhance user experience.
  
• Collaborate cross -functionally with product designers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement UI solutions seamlessly.
  
• Continuously refine and evolve the UI based on user feedback, design trends, and industry best practices.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong focus on design systems.
  
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
  
• Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
  
• Hands -on experience in creating micro -animations and motion design for UI elements.
  
• Understanding of the entire UX lifecycle, from research to final implementation.
  
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with developers.
  
• Obsessive attention to detail and a passion for crafting beautiful, intuitive interfaces.
