Senior UI/UX Designer Web Applications

Role Overview

We are looking for a high -caliber UI/UX Designer to lead design for complex web applications. This role requires strong product thinking, user -centered design capability, and the ability to build scalable design systems.

This is not a visual -only role — we need someone who understands usability, interaction logic, and product architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX thinking for web -based products and platforms
  

• Create user journeys, wireframes, interaction flows, and high -fidelity prototypes
  

• Build and maintain scalable design systems
  

• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on insights
  

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams
  

• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices
  

Required Experience

• 6–10+ years in UI/UX design for web applications
  

• Strong portfolio demonstrating web product work (SaaS / enterprise preferred)
  

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools)
  

• Strong understanding of UX research and interaction design
  

• Experience working closely with engineering teams
  

Preferred

• Experience designing dashboards / data -heavy interfaces
  

• Familiarity with front -end frameworks
  

• Experience mentoring junior designers
