Senior US Accountant

• Own the general ledger and ensure accurate, audit-ready financial records in QuickBooks
  
  
  
  


• Review and approve customer invoicing Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), including aging analysis and collections
  
  
  
  


•  Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), vendor invoice review, and payment scheduling
  
  
  
  


• Lead bank and account reconciliations
  
  
  
  


• Manage financial reporting and month-end close
  
  
  
  


• Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and audit-complian
  
  
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
  
  
  


• 4-5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
  
  
  
  


• Strong understanding of US accounting principles and financial reporting practices
  
  
  
  


• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  
  
  
  


• Comfortable working US shift hours (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST)
  
  
  
  


• Prior experience working with US-based companies or clients
