About the role:

We are looking for a User Experience professional who will architect the user experience design for our main product (the marketing automation suite), and mobile app.

Lead the creation of digital products made from a user's perspective.

Devise interaction strategies in sync with user goals and clients' business goals, develops navigation and structure, designs wireframes or interactive prototypes, organizes content, and tirelessly advocates for the needs and goals of real users.

Will make strategic and tactical UX decisions related to design and usability as well as features and functions.

Perform usability assessments and tests on our software to devise further actions for improvising the entire experience. The best candidate will possess outstanding creativity, a highly detailed nature, and the ability to help define and solve complex user interface problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive, elegant user experiences.

  
  


• 
  

  Research, conceive, sketch, prototype and user test experiences to create best user experiences for product vision.

  
  


• 
  

  Design and deliver UI design with specifications optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

  
  


• 
  

  Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Make logic driven design choices.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders especially product & engineering managers

  
  


• 
  

  Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.

Job Requirement

Required Skills and Experience:

• 
  

  3+ years as a Product Researcher, UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role

  
  


• 
  

  Has extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

  
  


• 
  

  Has previously designed significant components of a product (as a web application)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong portfolio to be presented during interview (preferably Behance/Figma/own website)

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in design software (like Figma or others)

  
  


• 
  

  Problem-solving aptitude

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent collaboration and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of HTML/CSS or JavaScript is a plus
