Role Description

This is a
full -time role for a Service Delivery Engineer. The Service Delivery Engineer
will be responsible for Pre -Sales, implementation, troubleshooting, providing
technical support (as SME), for Server/Storage, Hyper Converged, Cloud
Solutions. The role is based in Mumbai Goregaon.

Qualifications

• 3yrs - 5yrs Experience in implementation,
  troubleshooting and technical support
  
• Key Skills: Server/Storage/HCI/Database
  or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Virtualization, Windows, Linux.
  
• Experience in Pre -Sales, Solution
  Architecting & Implementation
  
• Excellent problem -solving and analytical
  skills
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal
  skills
  
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science,
  Information Technology, or related field
  
• Specific technical certification on
  technologies like Nutanix, VMware, RED HAT, DELL/HP. AWS/Azure/GCP etc.
  will be a plus.
