Job Description - Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Service Engineer with 2 years of experience in industrial/commercial cleaning equipment servicing and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining cleaning machinery to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support
for product service activities.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and
resolve technical issues at customer sites.
Perform routine maintenance
and preventive service for installed equipment.
Ensure proper installation,
operation, and performance of products.
Maintain clear communication
with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Prepare service reports and
document maintenance activities.

Requirements

We require basic electrical and hydraulic knowledge to troubleshoot problems.
