Service Now Developer - UI Builder

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Administrator with 4–8 years of relevant Tableau Administration experience to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization's Tableau environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in configuration management, user management, and performance tuning while ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of Tableau Server. This role requires working in rotational morning and afternoon shifts to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Tableau Server environments.
  


• Manage Tableau Server configurations, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
  


• Perform user management, including creating users, assigning roles, groups, permissions, and access controls.
  


• Monitor and optimize Tableau Server performance through performance tuning and capacity planning.
  


• Publish, manage, and maintain Tableau workbooks, data sources, and scheduled extracts.
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau Server, dashboard, and user-related issues.
  


• Monitor server health, system performance, and ensure high availability.
  


• Collaborate with Tableau Developers, business users, and infrastructure teams to support reporting requirements.
  


• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
  


• Maintain technical documentation for server administration, configurations, and operational processes.
  


• Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant Tableau Administration experience.
  


• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Server Administration.
  


• Expertise in Configuration Management, including installation, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
  


• Experience in User Management, including roles, groups, permissions, and security administration.
  


• Strong knowledge of Performance Tuning and Tableau Server optimization.
  


• Experience monitoring Tableau Server health and resolving production issues.
  


• Good understanding of SQL, databases, and Tableau data connectivity.
  


• Knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration is preferred.
  


• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  


• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
