Position: AGM – Contracts
Location: Andheri East
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end contract administration for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.


• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, work orders, and agreements with contractors, consultants, and vendors.


• Ensure contractual compliance and mitigate commercial and legal risks.


• Handle contract claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution.


• Coordinate with project, procurement, legal, and finance teams for contract execution and monitoring.


• Monitor project costs, contractual obligations, and payment certifications.


• Maintain contract documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.


• Support tendering activities, bid evaluations, and vendor negotiations.


• Prepare MIS reports and provide management with regular updates on contract performance.


• Ensure timely closure of contracts and final account settlements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).


• 10+ years of experience in Contracts Management within the Real Estate/Construction industry.


• Strong knowledge of contract laws, tendering, procurement, and project commercial management.


• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
