Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Service Requisitions (SR) in the SAP system for procurement of materials and services related to township and infrastructure maintenance.


• Coordinate with concerned departments and monitor the end-to-end procurement process, including timely follow-up for approvals, release of requisitions for issuance of Purchase Orders (POs).


• Process contractor and business partner invoices against Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and financial procedures.


• Prepare and process Service Entry Sheets (SES) in SAP for certification and payment of service-related contracts.


• Process Non-PO invoices through the Nimble Portal, ensuring timely verification, approval and payment in accordance with company guidelines.


• Maintain comprehensive records of annual Purchase Orders, including total PO value, cumulative billed amount, balance value available, and expenditure tracking.


• Prepare the Annual Budget Plan for administrative and infrastructure maintenance activities and monitor budget utilization throughout the financial year.


• Prepare monthly budget provisioning data and coordinate with the Finance Department for accurate accounting and financial reporting.


• Prepare and process monthly House Rent Recovery & Infrastructure Maintenance Recovery data, ensuring timely cost recovery from user as per company policies.


• Generate and maintain MIS reports related to procurement, billing, budgets, recoveries, and contract performance for management review and decision-making.
