Shopify Solution Architect

Position: Shopify Solution Architect (Architect with shopify marketplace expertise is must) Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Shopify architecture experience) The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define scalable eCommerce solutions, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps while ensuring best practices in performance, security, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities Design and architect enterprise-level Shopify and Shopify Plus solutions. Lead technical solution design for new implementations, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives. Define scalable architecture for B2B and B2C commerce platforms. Design and implement integrations between Shopify and third-party platforms. Architect marketplace integrations with Amazon, Walmart, and other leading marketplaces. Design APIs and middleware integrations using REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and webhooks. Lead integration with ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM, PIM, payment gateways, shipping providers, and tax engines. Define integration patterns for inventory synchronization, pricing, order management, product catalog, and fulfillment. Review solution designs and code to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security. Guide development teams through architecture reviews and technical decision-making. Collaborate with UX, DevOps, QA, and Product teams throughout the project lifecycle. Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. Drive performance optimization, monitoring, and platform stability. Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices. Knowledge of Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or other iPaaS solutions. Experience with AI-powered commerce, personalization, and recommendation engines.
