Location: Hyderabad,Bengaluru, Pune

Hybrid Mode Position

Exp: 3 - 8 Years

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Design and develop applications using Siebel technology.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize and configure Siebel applications to meet specific business needs.
Create detailed technical design documents and specifications.
Conduct unit testing and integration testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
Maintain, update, and enhance existing applications as necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and interface issues.
Uphold high standards of quality and productivity by adhering to Siebel development best practices.

Technical Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development.
Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, configuration, and integration.
Experience in developing and customizing workflows, business objects, Task -Based UI, and scripts.
Proficiency in using IP20+ Siebel Innovation Packs and the ability to write medium to complex SQL scripts.
Excellent problem -solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.
Proven technical track record in implementing Siebel CRM software.
