Position: Site Executive – Retail Outlet (New Store Launches)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end -to -end activities for new store setup and final handover.
  
• Manage and follow up with vendors and contractors for civil, electrical, branding, fixtures, and fittings work.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and timelines.
  
• Track work status and share periodic updates with the Project Manager.
  
• Ensure compliance with company brand standards, quality norms, and safety guidelines.
  
• Support procurement, material movement, logistics, and local approvals as required.
  
• Assist in resolving on -site issues to avoid project delays.
  

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Civil or a related field (preferred).
  
• 0–4 years of experience in site coordination, retail projects, or construction support roles.
  
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
  
• Understanding of retail store setup processes and site coordination.
  
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight timelines.
  
• Problem -solving mindset with attention to detail.
  
• Basic understanding of safety and quality standards at project sites.
