Make outbound calls to customers for NPS

Make outbound calls to customers for any document requirement / clarification

Manage their KPIS like CSAT, FRT, count of tickets, AHT etc

Raise Jira Tickets to internal teams like Tech / Product etc on customer cases requiring intervention.
