About the Role
We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy and fashion-conscious Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should understand men’s fashion, styling, trends and consumer behaviour, with hands-on social media experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.


• Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.


• Develop content for Reels, posts, stories and campaigns.


• Create engaging content around men's fashion, styling, products and lifestyle.


• Monitor fashion trends, competitors and social media conversations.


• Work with creative, photography, styling and marketing teams.


• Track reach, engagement, views, follower growth and content performance.


• Prepare social media performance reports and recommendations.


• Manage comments, DMs and customer interactions.


• Use AI tools for content ideation, research, copywriting, trend analysis and creative development.


• Explore AI tools for image/video generation, editing and content repurposing.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media/content management.


• Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, retail or D2C preferred.


• Strong understanding of men's fashion and styling.


• Good knowledge of Instagram, Reels, Stories and other social formats.


• Strong content ideation, copywriting and visual sense.


• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.


• Strong communication, collaboration and attention to detail.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• AI-savvy with practical experience using AI tools.

Good to Have

• Men's fashion brand experience.


• D2C/e-commerce experience.


• Influencer/creator collaboration experience.


• Basic knowledge of paid social media/performance marketing.


• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience.


• Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Runway or Adobe Firefly.
