Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands.


• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.


• Lead and coordinate a team of social media executives, designers, content creators, and video editors.


• Review and approve creatives, captions, reels, and campaigns before publishing.


• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.


• Ensure timely delivery of content across all assigned brands.


• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.


• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present strategies.


• Drive engagement, follower growth, and overall brand performance.


• Manage paid campaign coordination with the performance marketing team when required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.


• Experience handling multiple brands in a marketing or advertising agency.


• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.


• Excellent communication, client handling, and team management skills.


• Strong knowledge of content strategy, analytics, and social media insights.


• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
