Social media manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage the company’s social media presence and digital communication. The candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, planning and publishing content, managing campaigns, coordinating with creative teams, monitoring performance, and building strong online brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s branding and business objectives.


• Manage company profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.


• Create and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars.


• Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.


• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and content creators.


• Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, captions, hashtags, and social media copy.


• Manage paid social media campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams/agencies.


• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.


• Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.


• Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, followers, leads, conversions, and other relevant metrics.


• Manage comments, messages, reviews, and online customer interactions professionally.


• Coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaborations where required.


• Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.


• Identify opportunities to increase organic reach, engagement, and brand awareness.


• Support product launches, promotions, events, and other marketing campaigns through social media.


• Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.


• 3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.


• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms for a brand/company.


• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement.


• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite.


• Experience with social media analytics and reporting.


• Knowledge of paid social media advertising is preferred.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Creative mindset with strong understanding of current social media trends.


• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools will be an advantage.
