Job Description - Social media marketer

Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail -oriented Social Media Assistant to play a key role in shaping our brand’s presence on Instagram. This position is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, digital trends, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing daily social media operations, and supporting influencer collaborations—all while maintaining a cohesive and visually appealing brand aesthetic. Your work will directly impact audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility across one of the most influential platforms today.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of high -quality Instagram content, including photos and videos
Capture product visuals in -store using smartphone photography
Produce engaging Reels leveraging trending audio and current platform trends
Craft compelling captions and strategically relevant hashtags
Support influencer outreach and collaboration coordination
Schedule and publish Stories and feed posts across Instagram
Organize and manage basic photo and video shoots
Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all social media content
Assist with WhatsApp -based marketing campaigns and customer interactions
Monitor and report on Instagram insights on a weekly basis

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience and strong understanding of Instagram’s content ecosystem
Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation
Hands -on experience editing Reels and short -form video content
Keen eye for aesthetics and visual branding consistency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Skillful in smartphone photography and lighting techniques
