Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to manage a portfolio of client accounts end to end. You will act as the primary point of contact for each client, translating their business goals into a distinct social media strategy, a monthly content calendar, and measurable results. This is a client-facing, multi-account role suited to someone who is equal parts strategist, project manager and storyteller.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for 3 - 5 client accounts at a time, managing each relationship end to end.
•⁠  ⁠Understand every client's business objectives, brand voice, target audience and competitive landscape through kickoff calls and ongoing check-ins.
•⁠  ⁠Translate client briefs into actionable plans and keep clients updated on progress, roadblocks and results.
•⁠  ⁠Build a monthly social media content calendar for every client, fully aligned with the agreed strategy.
•⁠  ⁠Track platform updates, trends and competitor activity to keep strategies current.
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate with designers, copywriters and videographers to get content produced on time and on-brand.
•⁠  ⁠Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting what worked, what didn't, and why.
•⁠  ⁠Present findings to clients and use the insights to refine the next cycle's strategy and calendar.
•⁠  ⁠Take part in ad hoc tasks as per client requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

•⁠  ⁠Excellent written communication for captions, client reports and presentations.

•⁠  ⁠Creative thinking paired with strong project management and organizational skills.

•⁠  ⁠Sharp understanding of social platforms, algorithms and trends across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
