About the Role

We're hiring an AI-Native Social Media Marketing Executive: a video-first creator who runs on AI tools. You'll own our social media presence end to end, using AI to turn the work our teams ship every day into reels, short videos, images, and posts that build our brand and drive inquiries for our services and products. You'll also run personal branding for our leadership team.

What You'll Own

• 
  

  AI-powered content production. Produce content across every format (text, video, reels, images, audio) with AI tools as your default workflow, from ideation and scripting to editing and repurposing.

  
  


• 
  

  Social profiles and strategy. Own our company profiles and the strategy behind them. Be accountable for growth, engagement, and inquiries.

  
  


• 
  

  Leadership branding. Grow the personal profiles of our leadership team and build their thought leadership.

  
  


• 
  

  Video and reels. Plan, shoot, and edit informational videos, reels, and short-form content on our services, capabilities, and in-house products.

  
  


• 
  

  Podcast production. Record podcast interviews, edit them into episodes, and clip them into social content.

  
  


• 
  

  Storytelling from the floor. Stay close to what the team is building day to day and turn that into content. You're the bridge between the work happening internally and the audience watching outside.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  2-5 years managing social media for a brand or agency, with examples of what you've grown.

  
  


• 
  

  Extensive daily hands-on experience with AI content tools. This is non-negotiable, and you should be able to walk us through your real workflow. Examples: Runway, HeyGen, CapCut AI, Descript, Opus Clip (video); Midjourney, Firefly, Ideogram (image); ChatGPT, Claude (text); ElevenLabs (audio). Specific tools matter less than your fluency with them.

  Hands-on video shooting and editing, plus podcast editing (or the ability to ramp up fast).

  Strong visual storytelling instinct and a feel for platform-native content (Instagram vs. LinkedIn vs. YouTube Shorts).

  An ownership mindset, plus the judgment to keep everything on-brand. AI helps you produce more; you make sure it's actually good.

  
  

Nice to Have

  Background in B2B, tech, IT services, or SaaS.

  Experience building AI-assisted content workflows or automations.
