About the Role

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused Social Media Executive to build and grow Truva's digital presence. You'll own our social channels, create engaging content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage Truva's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


• Ideate, create, and publish original, high-quality content aligned with the brand voice.


• Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and platform-specific initiatives.


• Collaborate with design, video, and growth teams to create impactful social campaigns.


• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.


• Track content performance, engagement, and audience insights to optimize strategy.


• Experiment with new content formats and creative ideas to drive organic growth.


• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social channels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.


• Basic video editing and short-form content creation skills.


• Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.


• Passion for building brands through engaging digital content.

Required Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.


• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices.


• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.


• Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
