Roles | • Conduct soft skills sessions based on NIIT Foundation's curriculum • Prepare for classes as per training guidelines and session plans • Deliver engaging sessions following the scheduled methodology • Track student attendance and encourage active participation • Counsel students to improve their employability and placement readiness • Maintain student progress records and update internal MIS (Encore) • Engage in mobilization activities in the surrounding community • Assist in center upkeep and student infra support • Document and share student success stories • Support placement processes and post-placement tracking |
