Software Supply Concept Owner (SAP P20)

As a Software Supply Concept Owner, you will act as the key bridge between business needs and tool development, managing Software Delivery Platform Onboarding. You will ensure that SW Supply Chain tools and SAP P20-related solutions support evolving Nokia business models and customer requirements. You will own the concept lifecycle, from requirement capture to deployment, while working closely with multiple stakeholders across IT, business, and user communities.

• Represent business needs for SW Supply Chain tools and SAP P20, translating them into digital tool requirements.
• Capture, prioritise, and define business and technical requirements, aligning evolving business needs with IT solutions.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of SW Supply Chain tools across analysis, development, testing, deployment, and continuous enhancements.
• Lead SWDP onboarding, reporting, KPI tracking, and user enablement through documentation and training.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring tool performance, identifying optimisation opportunities, and implementing enhancements.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and accuracy to support reliable business operations and decision-making.
• Partner with IT, business units, Project Managers, and global key user communities to deliver effective communication, support, and adoption.

You have

• 6+ years of experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and translating business needs into system/tool requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT environments
• Solid understanding of software supply chain tool lifecycle management and release processes
• Ability to work across boundaries in a complex, global environment with strong planning, organising, and project coordination skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with SW Supply Chain tools and/or SAP P20 environment
• Knowledge of software/license delivery processes and digital delivery tools
• Exposure to RPAs and other automation methods and/or with PBI and O365 suite
• Exposure to data management and governance activities, background in process improvement or change management initiatives will be a plus.
