The Solution Delivery team of the Firm IT works closely with the business stakeholders to translate business requirements to product requirements and manages the complete process of product development along with other Firm IT teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Product Manager to prioritize feature requests and work items in conjunction with Technology management to ensure the timely delivery to users while ensuring efficient and effective use development resources
  
• Communicate and collaborate with development teams to ensure the design and functionality of the product features is thoroughly understood, answering questions and queries that arise in a timely and accurate manner
  
• Maintain and contribute to the product backlog to track incoming feature requests or changes (via tickets, project intake forms, etc.), document technical and business requirements, and ensure proper sign-off
  
• Investigate feature requests and enhancements to determine value, feasibility, and viability
  
• Collate and synthesize data gathered from end users and product analytics to inform product strategy
  
• Consistently evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement of applications from both a business and technical perspective to meet needs within a changing business climate
  
• Engage with UX designers to refine feature ideas by developing designs and prototypes, then iterate on them based on feedback and user testing
  

• Coordinate with business analysts to ensure accurate documentation is created, communicated, and agreed upon
  
• Write clear and concise work items from which developers can write code
  
• Help develop a training strategy and training materials for users where necessary, so that support personnel can assist users with new features
  

Requirements

Qualification

Skills:

• Working knowledge of development management software such as Atlassian or Microsoft DevOps
  
• Working knowledge of Figma
  
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum
  
• Previous experience in technical requirements documentation
  

Educational Qualifications:

·       Bachelor Or Masters in Technology / Bachelor Or Master of Computer Applications / Masters in Business Administration

Certifications:

·       Certified Scrum Product Owner or any other equivalent product owner certificate from a recognized institute will be an asset

Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in project management or business analysis in a technology-focused role
