As a Sourcer-Talent Acquisition-Associate, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our dynamic teams within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will engage in sourcing strategies, leveraging various platforms and networks to connect with potential candidates who align with our organizational goals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks to develop your skills and knowledge. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. Responsibilities
- Conducting candidate sourcing through various channels including internet recruiting and employee referral programs
- Managing applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinating interview scheduling and facilitating candidate selection to support end-to-end recruitment efforts
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly
- Implementing recruitment marketing initiatives to attract qualified candidates and enhance employer branding
- Analyzing recruitment metrics to identify trends and optimize recruitment strategies
- Supporting direct recruiting efforts by leveraging technical recruiting skills and recruitment data analysis
- Collaborating with teams to refine recruitment processes and improve candidate management practices
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: a Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient recruitment processes
- Engaging in direct recruiting and internet recruiting strategies
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and interview scheduling
