The Bare Essentials

• Background: Educated or Experienced as an Interior Designer / Environment Designer/ Architect
  
• Education: Graduate from a reputed Design / Architecture School
  
• Proficiency: AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Sketching, Detailing, Power-point. Any other proficiencies in your design arsenal would be a plus.
  

Preferred Skills 

• Intuition and Adherence: Needs to have an intuitive understanding of design processes with the proven ability to create out-of-box ideas. A proactive approach towards grasping new design briefs while also incorporating necessary feedback will go a long way.
  
• Team Player: Work closely with team members across domains, with a spirit of creative collaboration, to facilitate mutual learning and growth, together.
  
• Communication: Communicate ideas clearly and effectively – both in spoken and written formats. While a multi-lingual background is ideal, a core competency in English is a must.
