Special Educator

Assess students with special learning needs and identify individual strengths and challenges.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each student's requirements.

Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities such as learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, or developmental delays.

Adapt teaching methods and educational materials to suit different learning styles.

Work closely with parents, teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support student development.

Monitor and document student progress and prepare progress reports.

Provide behavioral and emotional support to students when required.

Assist in classroom management and inclusion of special needs students in regular classroom activities.

Use assistive technologies and learning tools when necessary.

Ensure compliance with educational policies and special education guidelines.
