About this opportunity:

We are looking for service professional who has the responsibility of design / planning, recruiting, developing and managing competence to deliver global optimization projects performed within the Core domain from the DF optimize organization to the Ericsson customers.

You will do:

• Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project towards the MA.


• Planning and design of network as per  capacity requirements and interfaces.


• Interfaces includes eNodeB, IP Core network, MME, PGW, HSS, PCRF, DSC ,SGW etc.


• Optimizing network as per customer subscriber base & Perform parameters tuning etc.


• Perform QoS , parameter , capacity audit as per customer requirement. 


• KPI analysis and recommendation to improve customer satisfaction.


• Perform upgrade and new installation.


• Customer Handling


• Support in RFP discussion, BoQ finalization , Ordering etc. 

The skills you bring:

• End to End knowledge of PS Core network as solution architect.


• Relevant PS Core experience in planning, design  and optimization.


• Leads large engineering teams, addressing multiple markets performing analytical, investigative, and to design activities related to PS Core network.


• Comprehensive PS Core life-cycle maintenance (e.g., planning, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting). 


• Should have customer handling skills.


• Multivendor PS Core experience. 


• Strong 2G/3G/4G fundamentals in Planning, Design and Optimization.


• Senior subject matter expertise on operator network and understanding.


• Strong Technical Knowledge on Core Network and idea of E2E network.


• A detailed knowledge of Ericsson's existing and future product/services portfolio, roadmap information and system integration practices


• Skillful application of management information systems to the unit SDU Optimize.


• Need to know the automation concepts.


• Good Communication skills.
