Job Description - Specialist Recruiter

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Conduct HR interviews and candidate assessments.

Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing

  • Create sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Support niche and specialized hiring requirements.

Candidate Management

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates during the hiring process.
  • Provide candidate summaries and updates to hiring managers.
  • Support candidates during the offer and salary negotiation process.

Recruitment Operations

  • Create requisition IDs and map them to open positions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in Workday or ATS.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and master data.
  • Support vendor coordination, referral programs, and assessment tools.

Market Awareness

Stay updated on industry hiring trends and recruitment best practices.

Skills Required

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, ATS, and job portals
