Specification Manager

·         Sound knowledge on cement, concrete mix design, admixtures and development of high performance concrete

·         Co-ordinate and conduct trials for all IS customer for brand approval and issues resolution

·         Establish relationship with  IS customers QC In-charge and Project Manager for brand approval

·         Responsible for conducting trials, training and conference for Government departments Engineers for brand enlistment

·         Establish relationship with RMX QC in-charge for brand inclusion and issues resolution

·         Periodic updates on quality issues to Plant QC In-charge, Technical Heads and resolution on time

·         Responsible for regular updates on competitor offerings and quality improvements

·         Periodic visits to all key customers to understand requirements and issues resolution

·         Establish relationship with all leading Third Party labs for conducting trials and obtaining report on time

·         Responsible to organise company and product credentials to all new IS customers

·         Conduct training for all Key customers on cement, admixture compatibility and special concrete

·         Conduct bench marking studies of top competitors with external labs and sharing report to plant QC and technical heads

·         Create database on various grades of concrete used and mix design adopted at sites of IS customers

·         Coordinate with plant QC team for timely availability of Test Certificate and cement samples

·         Establish relationship with all major admixture suppliers for fine tuning of admixtures as per IS customers requirement
