About the Role

We are hiring for our client, a dedicated multidisciplinary therapy centre in Coimbatore. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adults by improving their communication, language, and swallowing abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals (OTs, psychologists, educators) to deliver holistic care.
  

• Monitor client progress and update therapy goals as required.
  

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
  

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
  

• RCI Registration (mandatory).
  

• Strong clinical skills with both paediatric and adult populations.
  

• Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.
  

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
