Job Title: Billing & Invoicing Associate – Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and process logistics invoices with accuracy and within defined timelines.
  
• Verify freight charges, transportation costs, billing rates, taxes, and supporting documents.
  
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
  
• Generate customer invoices, credit/debit notes, and maintain billing records.
  
• Reconcile billing data with shipment records, PODs, and ERP/TMS systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, contractual agreements, and statutory regulations.
  
• Prepare billing reports, MIS, and support month-end closing activities.
  

Required Skills

• Experience in Logistics Billing, Freight Billing, or Transportation Invoicing.
  
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing processes, and billing reconciliation.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP (SD/MM/FI), Oracle, TMS, or other ERP systems.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions).
  
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
