Sr. Accounts Specialist QBO and QBD

• Candidates should be flexible to perform multiple different tasks.  Many tasks will be repetitive, but will still require a level of intellectual curiosity and ownership to find the right answers and solutions.
  
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other accounting modules
  
• Expense Allocations: prepare and appropriately allocate expenses across dozens of entities.
  
• QuickBooks entries for multi -class entity
  
• Portfolio company invoicing on quarterly basis
  
• Balance reconciliation on quarterly basis
  
• Bank reconciliations
  
• Roll forward and prepare excel valuation models and update financial metric data from our portfolio monitoring software.
  
• Investor reporting accuracy/completeness checks
  
• Document retention reviews
  
• Investor Portal data reviews for completeness and accuracy
  
• Financial statement internal consistency checks
  
• Candidates should be proficient in QuickBooks Online, Desktop
  
• Candidates should have good communication skills
  
• Candidates must be open to learn and work on other Accounting ERPs as required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
• 8+ years of accounting experience, with strong hands -on QuickBooks knowledge
  
• 4+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop versions
  
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial principles
  
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities
