About the role

This is a techno-functional role focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM), combining hands-on migration activities with program-level process ownership. The role involves supporting the Okta–Entra migration program, while parallelly building strong expertise in the IAM landscape and progressively evolving into an Entra SME.

Key Responsibilities: 

. IAM & Technology Understanding: Build SME-level understanding of IAM landscape, tools, and platforms (Okta, Entra ID, SSO, SAML, OIDC)

2. Migration Execution (Hands-on):

• Support Okta → Entra migration for SAML applications across lower environments
• Gradually upskill to handle:
  • OIDC-based application migrations
  • Production environment migrations
• Work closely with app owners for validation and cutover readiness

3. Program & Process Enhancement: Identify and drive process improvements within the Okta–Entra migration program

4. Stakeholder & Program Coordination: Own PMO coordination for B2C migration track (tracking, governance, stakeholder alignment)

Requirements 

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
